A few days before Penelope's birthday, I got her all dressed up in her birthday outfit to take some pictures. I didn't want to torture her with too many pictures on her actual birthday; I can get a little carried away and did not fail this time. I could have posted many many more, so be grateful I only posted 30 ;) Enjoy this chubby ball of cuteness!
